Pricing for products on Pentair.com varies depending on the product and the time of purchase. For instance, the IntelliCenter Upgrade Kit for EasyTouch/IntelliTouch has a rebate amount of $500 if purchased between March 15, 2024, and Dec 31, 2024. The Kreepy Krauly Legend has a rebate of $50 if purchased between Apr 1, 2024, and Sept 30, 2024, with a minimum purchase price of $739. To open an account on Pentair.com, follow these steps:
- Download the Pentair Pro app or visit the website.
- Create an account with your email address and password.
- Accept the Terms of Service.
- Enter your business information into your profile and select Save.
- Select the notifications you wish to receive and select Save.
- Check your email and confirm your information.
- Opt in to text messages.
- Select the Pentair Partner features that fit your business.
- Confirm notification preferences and select CONTINUE.
For Pentair Partner users, log in with Pentair Partner credentials, accept Terms and Conditions, confirm that the contact information is correct and select Save.
For remote monitoring, pool owners can grant their pool professional remote monitoring access ONLY if their Pool Pro has a Pentair Pro app account and Pentair Partner credentials. To begin, go to the dashboard for the pool product with remote monitoring capabilities, select the settings gear icon in the top right, select Remote Monitoring, search by Pro Name (Business Name) or Search Radius, select the dealer company, confirm the information and send request. Request will be sent to the Pro’s Pentair Pro app account. Select CONTINUE.
Remember, each employee will need their own Pentair Partners account to allow pool owners to find their pool company and get remote monitoring access. Pool Professionals without a Pentair Partner account can contact rewards@pentair.com.
Pentair Return Policy?
The return policy for Pentair requires contacting their returns department to obtain a return authorization number. The credit on return items is typically received in 2 weeks or less.
For products purchased from an Authorized Pentair Online Reseller, a one-year (parts only) warranty is provided from the date of purchase. Exceptions include IntelliChlor cells and IntelliFlo SVRS pumps, which receive a two-year (parts only) warranty.
Please note that TradeGrade products must be purchased from a retail store, pool builder, or pool service company to receive a one-year, two-year, or three-year warranty. If these products are purchased online, they will only receive a sixty-day limited warranty.
For Ecommerce (EC) products, products purchased from an Authorized Pentair Online Reseller receive a one-year (parts only) warranty from the date of purchase. The exceptions are IntelliChlor cells and IntelliFlo SVRS pumps which receive a two-year (parts only) warranty. EC products are not eligible for the bundled three-year extended warranty.
It's important to note that labor costs are not covered outside of the US/Canada.
